Return Policy

As a handmade fashion brand, each piece is carefully cut and sewn just for you. Because our pieces are handmade upon your order, all orders are final sale once process.

Handmade Policy

Please note that all products produced by Whim Wardrobe are handmade for you; therefore, no two garments will be 100% identical and there may be minor imperfections in the garments. With that being said, quality is our number one concern and we will not send out products that do not fit our high standards. Please contact us at whimwardrobe@gmail.com if you have questions regarding the handmade policy.

 

Custom Products

As every garment is handmade for you, we are happy to complete any custom requests or modifications. Returns and exchanges are NOT accepted on custom projects.

 

Damages and issues

 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

European Union 14 day cooling off period 
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
